• No Refund Policy – Please note, we have a strict no-refund policy.

• Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability and chargeable unless prior notice is given.

• ID Proof Requirement – Aadhar Card or Driving License is mandatory at the time of check-in.

• Cancellation Policy – Timely cancellation of any booking is required; no refund for cancellations after the specified time.

• Mineral Water – Mineral water will be chargeable during your stay.

• Music Restrictions – Music is allowed only until 10:00 PM.

• Swimming Pool Timings – The pool is accessible until 11:00 PM.

• Room Occupancy – The Resort reserves the right to evict any

  unauthorized occupants not included in the booking.

• Outside Food – Guests are not permitted to bring or order food from outside the Resort.
